I found photography in my mid 30s while I walked my dog Cali along the beach at sunrise. I would take photos on my phone as the sun came up, always trying to find a new angle or subject as we walked. I would often post them on my social media page and people seemed to enjoy them. Around the middle of 2018 I decided I would get myself a cheap camera and see what that led to. So far it is one of the best decisions I've made. I've traveled to and explored places I never would have thought about and even found some hidden gems (hidden from me anyway) in my own backyard.
