Working Bellambi
Turned up to Bellambi to find a mirror masquerading as a pool, unfortunately the council crew were also there ready to start emptying the mirror to clean it. Got a couple of nice shots before the pool got all disturbed.
Then I figured I may as well use what is here, could make for some unique images of a different style. Adding the backhoe as something different for the foreground then shooting through the rear digging arm to capture a surfer on a wave
I walked down to the rocks at the back of the pool and played around with a few different angles of the surfers. They were the subject for most of my photos on this morning
Had some decent timing with this surfer heading out as another rode a wave past them. Love the mountains in the background too
I was slightly too slow on this image, someone was sitting on one of the benches but they walked away as I made my way behind them. I think it would have added a lot to have someone sitting in the frame. Luckily the bird flying through the frame helps to offset the lack of a person
One final shot of a surfer with some misty mountains in the background and my morning was done.
